User agrees to use the service in manner consistent with any and all applicable laws. In the event that this account is not used in accordance with all Applicable Laws including, but not limited to Local, State or Federal Laws, reserves the right to cooperate with all or any law enforcement agencies.

User agrees to follow the Acceptable Use Policy of any network user connects to, including system.

Neither nor its Information Providers are responsible for any damages arising from User’s use of or by User’s inability to use service.

RainHost services cannot be used in any way against the law, society and the state.

User hereby agrees that any material submitted for publication on through user’s account(s) does not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory, common law or proprietary rights of others, or contain anything obscene or libelous. Software intended to facilitate any such violations or infringements may not be stored on .

What You Can Not Do

The following violations of ‘netiquette‘ are grounds for immediate suspension of service pending investigation by and will result in termination of the account(s) the investigation determines to have originated or transmitted these types of traffic.

  • Posting a single article or substantially similar articles to an excessive number of newsgroups (i.e., 20 or more) or continued posting of articles which are off-topic (e.g., off-topic according to the newsgroup charter or the article provokes complaints from the regular readers of the newsgroup for being off-topic).
  • Sending unsolicited mass e-mailings (i.e., to more than 25 users) which provoke complaints from the recipients.
  • Engaging in either of the above from a provider other than and using an account on as a mail drop for responses, or advertising a web site hosted at .
  • Continued harassment of other individuals on the Internet after being asked to stop by those individuals and by .
  • Impersonating another user or otherwise falsifying one’s user name in e-mail, Usenet postings, on IRC, or with any other Internet services. (This does not preclude the use of nicknames in IRC or the use of anonymous re-mailer services.)

Users whose accounts are terminated for any of the above infractions are also responsible for the cost of labor to cleanup and respond to complaints incurred by


Illegal Use
RainHost services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. RainHost reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing. 

Threats, Harassment, and Collection of Personal Data
RainHost services may not be used to transmit or originate any material that harasses or threatens, encourages bodily harm, or destruction of property. Use of the RainHost service to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent is prohibited. 

Forgery, Impersonation, and Fraud
Adding, removing, or modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is prohibited. Use of the RainHost service to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to advance any type of financial scam such as “pyramid schemes” and “chain letters” is prohibited. 

Network Disruptions, Unauthorized Access, and Malicious Software
Use of the RainHost service for any activity which affects the ability of other people or systems to use RainHost Services or the Internet is prohibited. This includes “Denial of Service” (DoS) attacks against another network host or individual user. Interference with or disruption of other network users, services or equipment is prohibited. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that their network is configured in a secure manner. A Subscriber may not, through action or inaction, allow others to use their network for illegal or inacceptable actions. A Subscriber may not permit their network, through action or inaction, to be configured in such a way that gives a third party the capability to use their network in an illegal or inacceptable manner. Unauthorized entry and/or use of another company and/or individual’s computer system will result in immediate account termination. RainHost will not tolerate any subscriber attempting to access the accounts of others, or penetrate security measures of other systems, whether or not the intrusion results in corruption or loss of data.

Use of the RainHost service to access, or to attempt to access, the accounts of others, or any kind of hacking attempt, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of RainHost or another entity’s computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is expressly prohibited and the offending RainHost account is subject to immediate termination.

Intentional distributions of software that attempts to and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/or computer systems are prohibited. Such an offense will result in the immediate termination of the offending account. 

Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or Intellectual Property Right The use of services provided by RainHost to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software is prohibited.

Usenet Spamming RainHost has a zero tolerance policy for the use of its network for the posting of messages or commercial advertisements, which violate the rules, regulations, FAQ or charter of any newsgroups or mailing list. Commercial messages that are acceptable under the rules of a newsgroup or mailing list or that are solicited by the recipients are permitted. 

Unsolicited e-mail and e-mail Misuse
Use of the services of RainHost to transmit any unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk e-mail (25 mail at same time) is expressly prohibited. Violations of this type may result in the immediate termination of the offending customer’s account without warning or reimbursement. Legitimate uses of bulk email in a manner consistent with United States law may be permitted at the sole discretion of RainHost. RainHost’s abuse resolution policy is to serve all abuse complaints via our ticket system at account and assure that they are handled professionally. Accounts generating complaints from recognized blacklist databases will incur a one-time administrative fee of $35 per complaint and are expected to resolve these issues themselves. In the event of a Spamhaus or Out blaze blacklist listing, an additional $350 administrative fee will be issued along with immediate termination. Should a contract be involved, the client must immediately pay the remainder of the balance owed between the current date and the end of the term per the original agreement.
Malicious intent to impede another person’s use of electronic mail services or news will result in the immediate termination of the offending RainHost account. Forging any message header, in part or whole, of any electronic transmission, originating or passing through the RainHost service is in violation of this AUP.

Bulk Email
Use of RainHost hosting/servers for the origination, relay, or support of bulk email is prohibited. Customers are permitted to send transactional emails and use the service for individual email accounts, but the service may not be used for sending commercial email, even if the customer has opted in to such emails. Sending marketing email in any sort of automated fashion is specifically prohibited. 

Internet Relay Chat
IRC is not allowed on RainHost’s network.

Pornographic and Gambling Material 
Adult and Gambling contents or websites or any use our network or hardware is not allowed anyway. 

Third Party Accountability
RainHost subscribers will be held responsible and accountable for any activity by third parties, using their account, that violates guidelines created within the Acceptable Use Policy. 

Use of Servers for Bandwidth Intensive Purposes Using the server plans to host a content delivery network or content distribution network is not permitted without prior authorization. Using server plans to host applications that produce artificially high bandwidth usage patterns (including, but not limited to software such as SETI@Home and Folding@Home, digital currency mining, and public software mirrors is prohibited without the prior consent of RainHost. Please contact billing (at) RainHost (dot) net before signing up. Failure to contact RainHost may result in your server being rate-limited or turned off.

Prohibition of Misinformation

Providing misinformation or gossip on any purposes which cloud be local, national or global crisis or incidents using any rainhost services are strictly prohibited, and the offending RainHost account is subject to immediate termination.

Payment Issues

User agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of User’s account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement.

User is responsible for charges at the time the service is used and may apply the amount due to User’s credit card at any time. reserves the right to suspend access to service for User’s account(s) upon an indication of credit problems including delinquent payments or rejection of any credit card charges.

Dues must be paid on a timely basis
Dues charges will continue regardless of your use unless and until you notify us via help desk that you wish to cancel your membership at the end of your contract period. You can cancel your membership within your first 72 hours and receive a full refund on your monthly fees. Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services, this includes but not limited to Domain Registration, Domain Parking services, dedicated servers, virtual private servers and overage fees.

After the first 72 hours you can still cancel your account and receive a refund for the unused portion of your contract according to our Any-Time Money Back Guarantee.

Credit Card payment
If Customer chooses to pay for services by credit card, Customer grants the right to charge payments to that card on each due date. Customer further agrees not to challenge nor dispute any charge representing hosting payments.

All service’s payments are due in full on the monthly anniversary date. Failure to remit payment for services on the monthly anniversary date is a violation of the TOS. Failure to remit payment for two (2) consecutive days, including the anniversary date, may result in suspension of customer services. Failure to remit payment for services within three (3) consecutive days, including the anniversary date, may result in termination of access to the service network and all services shall be reclaimed. All customer data will also be destroyed for security and privacy reasons. will not responsible for any data loss may happen.

Payment Reminders
Our credit card processor will remit payment for all recurring orders, for services on the monthly anniversary date. It is clients responsibility to make sure the sufficient funds are available on their credit card payment account. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to make sure that due’s are paid on time and the email address on file is working and allowed to receive reminders from Once a payment reminder dispatched from it is considered as a valid payment reminder. does not take any responsibility for non deliverable email addresses or e-mail’s sent by, not reaching the client destinations, including but not limited to spam filters or network issues. For the first day after payment should have been made; you will receive a payment reminder notice that states you must update your credit card and pay your invoice from our payment processors. Situation of Refunds

Without waiving any of its other rights under this Agreement, offers to its Customers a 72 hours money-back guarantee on fees for hosting services. If for any reason you cancel your account within 72 hours starting from the day dispatch your welcome email including your account information or the day you place the order with us, whichever comes first. will refund your money with no questions asked; provided, however, that you have never previously obtained a refund under the 72 hours Guarantee. If you have ever previously obtained a refund under the 72 hours Guarantee, your account will be canceled, but no money will be refunded to you.

Changes to your services, including, but not limited to, adding new services, removing services, or changing the type of hosting plan you have do NOT make you eligible for an additional 72 hours Guarantee. The 72 hours Guarantee applies to your first order of Web hosting services from and does not apply to any changes to your service at any time.

Account Cancellation

Customers may voluntarily cancel their account at any time, for any reason or for no reason, by opening a ticket to our Billing Department with required details. requires a five day cancellation notice prior to the anniversary billing date for discontinuance or downgrades of month to month services. Failure to supply the requisite five days will result in a full billable monthly cycle prior to cancellation. All due amounts must be settled in full before we cancel the customer account. Customer understands and agrees that does not provide pro-rated or any other kinds of refunds on cancellations. All fees Customer has paid shall be nonrefundable, unless stated otherwise under our any time money back guarantee or 72 hours money back guarantee
